George Rampulla
George, the founder of our flight school, established the company in 2010, coinciding with the opening of Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (KECP). With a distinguished career in aviation, George brings unparalleled expertise and passion to the school. He is a retired United States Air Force pilot, having flown the F-15 and F-106 fighters as well as the KC-135. Following his military career, he transitioned into commercial aviation as a Boeing 757 and 767 captain with UPS, amassing decades of experience in military, commercial, and civilian aviation. George’s dedication to sharing his knowledge and fostering a love for flight has made our school a trusted name for aspiring pilots.
Co-Founder
Al Borovich
Al, our Co-Founder, brings a unique blend of technical expertise and teaching prowess to our flight school. A retired United States Air Force Maintenance Officer with 22 years of dedicated service, Al has built a remarkable career in aviation excellence. As a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII), he has a passion for helping students achieve their goals in the skies. Al previously served as the Director of the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University branch at Tyndall Air Force Base, where he taught bachelor’s and master’s degree aviation courses until his retirement from the role in 2005. His leadership and commitment to aviation education extend beyond the classroom, making him a mentor and guide for aspiring pilots and aviation professionals alike. Al’s wealth of experience, dedication to nurturing the next generation of aviators, and vision as a co-founder make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Our Chief Flight Instructor
Frank Gorham
Frank, our Chief Flight Instructor, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our flight school. A proud member of the second graduating class of the United States Air Force Academy, Frank's aviation career is a testament to his skill and passion for flying. A retired United States Air Force F-102 pilot, he has over 20 years of experience as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII), guiding countless students to achieve their aviation dreams. Frank also served as an aerobatic instructor, further showcasing his versatility and expertise in aviation. Beyond instructing, he has a remarkable background in aerobatics, having competed in numerous competitions and earning the prestigious title of IAC Aerobatic National Champion in the Primary category in 2002. His expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence inspire both students and staff alike.
Our CFI
Colin Evans
Colin, one of our skilled instructors, is a licensed Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). His journey in aviation began with managing and operating a fuel farm, giving him valuable industry experience early on. Colin holds an Associate in Applied Science from the Community College of Baltimore and an undergraduate degree in Aviation Management and Air Traffic Control. With hands-on experience in a variety of general aviation aircraft, Colin brings both technical expertise and practical knowledge to his role, ensuring students receive comprehensive and engaging instruction.

Sean Stoskopf
Sean, one of our talented instructors, is a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument (CFII), actively working toward achieving his Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) and Multi-Engine Instructor-Instrument (MEII) certifications. He holds a degree in Applied Science and brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience, having successfully owned and managed multiple businesses. Sean’s dedication to continuous learning and his diverse background make him an invaluable resource for students as they navigate their aviation journey.
Public Relations
Chandler Gorham
Chandler, our Public Relations Coordinator, has been immersed in aviation his entire life, with a particular passion for aerobatic flying. As the grandson of Frank Gorham, our Chief Flight Instructor and an accomplished aviator, Chandler has aviation in his blood. A licensed Private Pilot, he is actively pursuing his Instrument Rating through our flight school and his A&P certification at Tom P. Haney Technical College. Chandler’s dedication to aviation extends beyond the cockpit—he is currently building an experimental biplane, a testament to his hands-on expertise and love for aircraft. His lifelong enthusiasm and commitment to aviation continue to drive his journey in the skies.
