My Pursuit
Aviation’s always been part of my life. My dad and grandfather were both pilots, and I was raised around airplanes, hangars, and the day-to-day world of a working FBO. But just being around aviation and actively pursuing it are two very different things. I began my own flight training at 17 and earned my private pilot certificate after working hard through the ups and downs of learning to fly. Since then, I’ve continued to build on that foundation—flying when I can, studying when I can’t, and staying close to the work that matters most to me. Right now, I’m enrolled in A&P school and spending most of my hands-on time in the shop. One of my biggest ongoing projects is the resurrection of the GoldDuster II—a biplane with deep family history that I’m bringing back to life, piece by piece. It’s not just a passion project—it’s part of how I’m sharpening my skills and doing something meaningful with what I’ve learned. This page is where I’ll share what I’m currently working on, what I’ve finished, and where I’m headed next. My goal is simple: keep growing, keep learning, and keep moving forward in aviation—both in the air and on the ground.
For once you have tasted flight, you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been and there you long to return
